Garden Girl Halloween

I absolutely love the Garden Girl Stamp Set and this Halloween card really shows the diversity of this stamp set.  I stamped her on watercolor paper, then used stamp pads and an aqua painter to watercolor her.  It's so easy, all you do is squeeze the pad prior to opening it thus getting a little ink on the inside of the lid. Then you just need to pick up a little ink with the aqua painter and paint.  I love this technique. Our new cat punch is perfect with the Spooky Night Designer Series Paper.  I just punched out a pre-printed cat from the paper.  I did have to fussy cut the witches hat and the Garden Girl, but I love to fussy cut, I find it very relaxing.

I can't believe that Halloween is just around the corner. Unfortunately we do not get very many trick-or-treaters, but since we don't I can make special treats for all of them.  I can't wait to share what I'm doing for the few kids we do get.
