Pick a Pumpkin

Pick a Pumpkin

Last night was the monthly meeting with my Stampin' Up! family, we had so much fun!!  We all make a swap with a theme, this month we had a choice between Halloween or fall. I chose fall and made this lovely card, if I say so myself.  As usual, it was the day of our meeting and I had a card all designed in my head, but hadn't started making them yet and then.  Before I got started, I decided to browse our demonstrator site and discovered this fabulous video made by another SU Demonstrator (I'm sorry I don't recall who it was, I will give her credit as soon as I find it again) showing the "swoosh" technique and instantly thought, I totally have to try that!!  It was super easy, you just drag the actual stamp pad over the paper.  I think it made such a spectacular background for the Pick a Pumpkin stamp set and matching dies.  You can always contact me for information on exact products and colors I use to make my cards and of course, if you'd like to purchase the Stampin' Up! products used, please just click on the shopping link and that will take you directly to my SU store.
